A free account for building with LibraOS: sign in to the Developer Console and the VS Code extension, and claim your developer licence. It does not create a hosted workspace.

We verify your address before the account exists: by the emailed link, or because Google or GitHub has verified it. If the address already has an account, you are simply signed in.
